Shipping and returns


BANBO TOYS S.L. will not ship any products until the Administrative Department has confirmed that the payment has been made. Deliveries are considered made when the carrier has delivered the package(s) to the customer and the latter has signed the delivery receipt document. Customers are responsible for checking products upon receipt and listing any defects in the delivery receipt document.

  • BANBO TOYS S.L. agrees to send the goods within seven days unless we are out of stock. Customers will be notified and may cancel the order at any time, with the corresponding refund, as applicable.
  • The delivery times indicated by BANBO TOYS S.L. are intended as guidance and BANBO TOYS S.L. shall endeavour to honour them, however, these times are also subject to transport companies. Delays shall not lead to order cancellation nor entail any compensation. Any penalty clause for delays that customers add to their orders shall not be effective pursuant to point 1a of these legal conditions.
  • BANBO TOYS S.L. will always use the transportation company ENVIALIA to send products. However, we reserve the right to send products using the means deemed necessary to meet our obligations. The shipping costs are calculated based on the destination entered in the form. The shipping costs (POSTAGE) appears automatically when placing the order.
  • Orders are prepared every business day, during the following working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm. Orders made outside these working hours shall be prepared on the next business day.

 Returns and Warranties:

  • BANBO TOYS S.L. shall cover the shipping costs under warranty, except: 1- For shipping to the Canary Islands, 2- If our technicians decide that the problem might not be due to the equipment or item in question, in which case the customer will cover the shipping costs to our premises and we’ll return it free of charge to the customer’s address.
  • BANBO TOYS S.L. se hará cargo de los gastos de envió en garantía a excepción: 1- De los envíos a Canarias, 2- Si nuestros técnicos determinan que el problema puede no venir del equipo o material en cuestión, en este caso el cliente se hará cargo del gasto de envío a nuestras instalaciones y nosotros lo devolveremos sin cargo a su domicilio.
  • BANBO TOYS S.L. does not accept returns if the product is not in perfect condition.
  • BANBO TOYS S.L. does not accept returns if the product packaging is not the original and is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected to be received in perfect condition. Seals and adhesive tape should not be used.
  • BANBO TOYS S.L. must authorise all returns. For this, customers must submit a return request to BANBO TOYS, S.L. by email - INFO@BANBOTOYS.COM, stating the reason for the return, the invoice or order number, contact person, telephone number, pick-up address and pick-up time.
  • After the customer has received a pick-up confirmation email, the pick-up shall take place.
